Depending on where the family lives, that means either Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) or Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). With your consent, our BCBAs coordinate with the specific district's IEP and 504 teams — sharing home ABA strategies and attending team meetings when helpful.
Sessions are one-on-one and delivered in the family's home by a trained RBT under weekly BCBA supervision. Structured parent coaching is built into every week so the strategies stick between sessions.
We often connect Baltimore families with the Kennedy Krieger Institute (Center for Autism and Related Disorders), Pathfinders for Autism, Baltimore City's Infants & Toddlers Program (or BCPS Infants & Toddlers if in the county), and inclusive recreation programs through the city and county rec departments.
