Your family's privacy matters to us.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through abaprep.com and related public pages. It does not apply to the protected health information (PHI) we handle as a healthcare provider — that information is covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit. Name, email, phone, county, and general information you choose to include in our contact or intake forms.
  • Automatic information. Standard web logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, used to keep the site secure and improve usability.
  • Cookies. Essential cookies for site functionality and, where applicable, aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Please do not send PHI through this site

Our website contact and intake forms are not intended for the transmission of protected health information such as diagnoses, medical records, insurance card images, or treatment details. Please share that information only through the secure channels our intake team provides after we connect with you.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and intake requests.
  • To verify insurance benefits when you ask us to.
  • To coordinate scheduling and communication with your family.
  • To improve, secure, and maintain our website.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Trusted service providers (for example, secure hosting and email delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Insurers or clinical partners, only when you ask us to and only as needed.
  • Authorities when required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and staff training. No method of internet transmission is perfectly secure, which is why we ask families not to send sensitive medical information through this site.

Your choices

  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
  • You may request access to or correction of the information you have submitted by emailing Admin@abaprep.com.
  • Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for parents and caregivers. We collect information about children only through our intake process and only with parent or guardian consent.
