    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in the field, specializing in working with diverse clients from early childhood to adulthood. Expertise in supervising programming, creating and managing treatment plans, and implementing behavior interventions. Proven ability to train and develop new RBTs, with a strong track record in clinical and administrative roles. Skilled in parent training, presentation, curriculum development, and enhancing organizational processes. Fluent in English and Spanish.

    As a dedicated BCBA, my passion lies in creating safe and nurturing environments for individuals by reducing behaviors that place them in danger. With over six years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, I am licensed and certified, holding a Master’s degree in the field. I am deeply committed to teaching social skills that empower individuals to connect and thrive in their communities. My expertise spans behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and individualized treatment planning, with a proven track record of fostering community integration.

    With a unique background as a former police officer and seasoned entrepreneur, I bring valuable leadership, discipline, and communication skills to my role as an administrator in the ABA field. Drawing from my diverse experience, I am deeply committed to supporting families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My focus is on building a strong foundation for our team, ensuring exceptional care and services that empower families and help children thrive.

    Our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services. RBTs are highly trained professionals who work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized treatment plans. They focus on teaching essential skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and helping individuals achieve their goals. Compassionate, skilled, and dedicated, our RBTs ensure that each session is engaging, supportive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
